Frequently asked questions
What is Origins SMP?
Origins SMP is a community modpack inspired by the original series, with its own maintained releases. It combines Origins abilities with building blocks, backpacks, farming and new places to explore.

Minecraft and loader versions are bundled with each pack release. Use the same pack release on every client. Listed release IDs are installer options; they do not guarantee that every historical release will start successfully.
Which plan runs Origins SMP?
The pack needs at least 4 GB of RAM. Eligible sizes appear in the server builder.
What do players install?
Install the matching Modrinth client release linked on this page. Use the same pack version as the server.
Which Minecraft version does it use?
The supported launch release uses Fabric on Minecraft 1.21.1.
Can I switch modpacks later?
Yes. Open Server settings on the dashboard and choose Rebuild server. Switching permanently deletes every world, file, mod, configuration, and backup on that server; the rebuild costs $0 when its RAM tier stays the same, and its billing cycle and server address do not change.
