Frequently asked questions
What is Equivalent Skies?
Equivalent Skies is an expert Forge skyblock modpack for Minecraft 1.12.2 built around ProjectE. Recipes and progression rebalance transmutation so it supports a demanding pack instead of bypassing every challenge.
Pack releases and client downloads
- Latest recommended at installation (can change) — Matching client download · Build with this release
Minecraft and loader versions are bundled with each pack release. Use the same pack release on every client. Listed release IDs are installer options; they do not guarantee that every historical release will start successfully. Custom releases can be selected in the builder, but are not verified supported versions.
Which plan runs Equivalent Skies?
The pack needs at least 4 GB of RAM. Eligible paid sizes appear in the size list.
What do players install?
Players install the matching Equivalent Skies release through the CurseForge app before joining.
What Minecraft version does it use?
The supported server release uses Forge on Minecraft 1.12.2.
Can I switch modpacks later?
Yes. Open Server settings on the dashboard and choose Rebuild server. Switching permanently deletes every world, file, mod, configuration, and backup on that server; the rebuild costs $0 when its RAM tier stays the same, and its billing cycle and server address do not change.
