Modpack Partner Program Terms

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms govern participation in the Crafty Servers Modpack Partner Program, operated by Crafty Servers ("we", "us"). The program is offered under these terms, our Terms of Service, and any separate partner agreement we provide.

1. Author test servers & player trials

Enrolled modpack authors receive two free test servers with up to 8 GB RAM each, for development and testing rather than resale.

Players can try supported packs free for 24 hours from first start, subject to availability and trial limits. Continuing with a paid server is optional.

2. Referral commissions

New referred accounts qualify for 10% of eligible hosting payments during their first 12 months from their first qualifying payment. Commissions exclude taxes, refunds, disputed charges and account-credit-funded payments. Previously granted 15% ongoing partner entitlements are retained; new partners have no automatic rate increase.

3. Earnings & payouts

Earnings have a 30-day hold. Cash payouts have a $25 minimum and require review and a supported, verified recipient setup. Identity and tax documentation may be required under applicable rules and the accepted partner agreement.

4. Participation & program changes

Participation is non-exclusive. The versioned agreement in the partner dashboard contains the full tracking, test-server and payment terms.

You confirm you have the right to enter the program for the modpacks you submit and that hosting them infringes no one's rights. We may change, suspend, or end the program, or end an individual partnership, on reasonable notice; on termination we will pay any earnings you have accrued above the minimum payout threshold.
