Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using Crafty Servers (the "Service") and is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it may lead to suspension or termination.
Prohibited content
Do not use the Service to store, host, or distribute:
- Illegal content, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult/NSFW content of any kind - none is permitted, on any plan.
- Malware, exploits, phishing kits, or other malicious software.
- Content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, or incites violence.
Prohibited conduct
- Attacking, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or other users' servers or data (e.g. DDoS, port scanning, exploits).
- Cryptocurrency mining, or any other activity that runs the CPU at full or sustained load beyond your plan's intended game-hosting purpose.
- Running open proxies, VPNs, spam relays, or sending unsolicited bulk messages.
- Evading limits, bans, suspensions, or usage caps; abusing free/demo resources (e.g. mass account creation).
- Reselling or sharing the Service in a way not permitted by your plan.
Resource & fair use
Servers must stay within their plan's resource limits. We may throttle, suspend, or stop workloads that destabilize a node or degrade the Service for others.
Reporting & enforcement
To report abuse or submit a copyright (DMCA) notice, contact help@craftyservers.com. We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Where practical we'll give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the Service or others.
