Updated modpacks, Paper with Bedrock, and OpenTTD

We refreshed the versions available for new servers and checked the changed releases with fresh installation, startup, stability and restart tests.
Existing servers keep their installed versions and worlds. Back up your world and read the publisher's migration notes before selecting another release. Rebuilding a server can replace files; a successful startup test does not guarantee world compatibility.
Paper with Bedrock: Paper 26.3 build 205, Geyser 2.12.0 build 1265 and Floodgate 2.2.5 build 141. The previous default used Paper build 191 and Geyser build 1258, with the same Floodgate build. The Minecraft 26.2 option remains available.

Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons 2 retains default version 1.17 because 1.18 failed our startup check. Its default client download now correctly points to 1.17.
The modpack pickers retain previous supported releases. Choose the matching client version for the server release you select. The Latest option follows the publisher's recommended release at installation time; fixed defaults retain their explicitly listed release.
