What is SkyFactory 5?
SkyFactory 5 is the latest entry in the long-running SkyFactory skyblock series, built on Forge and Minecraft 1.20.1. You start floating in an empty void with almost nothing and bootstrap an entire world from there: sieve resources, grow trees, unlock tech and magic mods, and automate every step until your islands run themselves. It keeps the signature loop of the series - turn a single tree and a handful of dirt into fully automated resource farms - while adding new progression, mods and challenges over SkyFactory 4.
Like all our one-click packs, the server installs a pinned, known-good version of the pack on creation, so the modlist on the server matches what your players load from the CurseForge app. You do not assemble anything by hand - pick it on the create page and it sets itself up.
